Meet "The Generals"

The Antietam Generals are made up of an eclectic group of musicians with one major common denominator… “Rock & Roll”.   Jeff Taulton was raised in Western Maryland during the late 70s under the auspices of an older brother who openly tossed acts like Jimi Hendrix, David Bowie and Bad Company his way.   Jon Kay hails from Chicago “then Florida” and has Blues with Southern Rock & Roll innately flowing through his blood.   Ragan Potts was raised in south-central Pennsylvania under the heavy influences of Rock & Jazz.   JR Hann is an “80s child”.   He has been a professional musician since the age of 14, emulating great guitarists from that era such as Slash and Eddie Van Halen.   James Hann is a Bluegrass veteran that can play any stringed instrument.   He's the long-time leader of Virginia's popular Country act, The Brandy Stills Band,   Together, this quintet gels into an electric mix of  Rockin’ Blues known as The Antietam Generals.   Their name was coined by Jeff and James' legendary Boonsboro High School coach, Dwight Scott.
